Our philosophy is
very simple; our costs are as inclusive as we can sensibly
make them. We figure most people would prefer to know ahead
of time what the total vacation cost is; not have to worry
about little additional surprises along the way!
On our CAPTAINED
YACHT CHARTER, sailing holidays, once you get on the boat,
everything on board is covered . We provide for breakfasts,
lunches, drinks The only thing we don't include is dinners -
the local taverna experience ashore is much too much fun to
miss!
So unlike the usual
yacht charter in the Med - there's no unexpected extras to
catch you out halfway (“Oh, you didn't realize
how much this marina costs?” or “That'll be
another €100 for the fuel bill, ” )
With the more usual
bareboat-plus-skipper yacht charter arrangement, you're up
for everything else—fuel, water, mooring,
insurance, food, on board bar bills, and feeding the Skipper
all his meals, etc.

philosophy is that nasty $/€ surprises don't do anything
for a relaxing vacation— so we don't work that way. We'd
prefer you to eat, drink and be merry—without worrying how
much extra it will cost!
YOUR
CHARTER FEE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING

- The Yacht
with all her Sailing and Safety equipment, also
inclusive: Zodiac+ Out board, snorkel & fishing gear
,etc
- Full
time Captain Guide/crew
- All
linens and bathroom towels (beach towels not
included)
- Full
Breakfast, Full Lunch, Snacks, Sodas, Bottled Water,
- All
Fuel costs during your cruise, All fresh Water,
Ice
- Harbour fees,
Marina Fees, Local Taxes, Insurance

Cleaning
Fee at the end of the charter.
Unlike
a Greek Bareboat company

We
do not request you leave a security damage deposit.

You
are not required to pay for the Captains food and drink.

There
is no 'Check In' or "Check Out'
process, wasting half a day.

Our
Yachts are ready for immediate departure.

All
provisions for the cruise have already been purchased and
stowed ready for departure.

All official
paper has been taken care of in advance.
As
the client you will step on board your Yacht and be able to
leave the dock within an hour of arrival
.

TO BOOK

This is
where we'd like to chat to you (and we hope you'd like to chat
to us!)
Much as we love
our hi-tech comms, we feel it's important at this point to make
personal contact - either by phone or email.
We don't
have an online "sign-up" screen, that's not going to
tell us anything about you, nor will you have the chance to ask
us any questions you might have.

Booking procedure:
We
will hold an option for one week whilst you decide if you would
like to confirm a booking. After a week, it will cancel
automatically unless otherwise agreed.
To
confirm your place, a 50% deposit is required plus a signed
charter contract.
This
can be paid with PAYPAL CREDIT CARD SERVICES, or a direct BANK
TRANSFER. The balance is required 90 days before departure. We
reserve the right to cancel bookings not fully paid at this time.
Cancellation
policy:
1)
Cancellations 6 months before departure are
refunded in full.
2)
Cancellations between 3-6 months before start of trip are refunded
in full, less a €100 per person administration fee.
3)
90 – 45 days before departure, 50% of total cost is refunded.
4)
45 days before departure, no refunds.
Chandler
Charters will always attempt to rebook any last minute
cancellations, and according to our discretion, may offer a future
trip credit or refund up to the amount we have recovered.
We always do our very best to help out if factors arise out of
your control, and given enough notice, frequently are able to do
so. However, please
understand that if you cancel at short notice for
whatever reason and we cannot rebook your space, then we must
adhere to our cancellation policy as above.
We strongly recommend you
take out travel insurance.
Booking
changes
We
will always do our best to accommodate requests for date changes,
given suitable availability. There is no charge for this.
Personal
responsibility
A
sailboat offers limited personal space; an easy-going, cooperative
team spirit and respect for others on board are essential to the
enjoyment of all. We
reserve the right to terminate the vacation of any client who
refuses to comply with instructions from Chandler Charters staff;
or whose behavior is deemed to be causing distress, damage, danger
or annoyance to other clients. Upon such termination, our
responsibility for your vacation ceases and we shall not be liable
for any extra costs incurred.
