These new designs by Phillip Briand offer the spacious accommodations of a modem catamaran design while maintaining the easy motion that so many sailors have become accustom to.  

 

 

 

 

 

The Dufour Atoll 43 is a "platform of leisure," dedicated to chartering and holidaying. It appropriates the kind of living comfort which usually belongs to the catamaran. Every aspect has been designed for comfort at sea and at anchor.
 

 

The exterior living space is sheltered by a rigid hardtop, which can be closed off with side panels. A panoramic windscreen ensures forward visibility. In absolute surface area the cockpit is almost two and a half times that of a traditional cockpit. 


Below deck, a system of mobile bulkheads in the forward cabins enables them to be transformed into a luxurious owner's cabin in 10 minutes.
